Our services
Lumi Wellness offers massage therapy, reiki, and related wellness services. These are complementary, relaxation- and wellness-focused services intended to support your overall well-being.
Health & medical disclaimer
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not medical advice. We do not diagnose illness or prescribe treatment. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about whether a service is appropriate for you, please consult your physician first.
You agree to disclose health conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, and other relevant information so we can provide safe care, and to keep that information current. You acknowledge that results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. By receiving services, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with massage and bodywork.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book online; services for minors are arranged with a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Booking, payments & fees
Appointments may be booked through our website. Prices are shown at the time of booking and may change. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by providing payment information, you authorize the applicable charges, including any deposits, packages, memberships, or fees described at checkout.
Cancellation & no-show policy
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed (no-show) appointments, may be subject to a fee. Specific policy details are presented during booking and may be updated from time to time.
Client conduct
Our services are strictly professional and non-sexual. We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or end a session, and to decline future bookings, for inappropriate conduct, for safety reasons, or when a service is not appropriate for your condition. Any payment handling in such cases will follow our cancellation policy and applicable law.
Intellectual property
The content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Lumi Wellness name — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumi Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lumi Wellness harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms.
